Elaboration/Aging	The must ferments slowly in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC, in order to maintain the characteristics of freshness and lightness of its two varietals.

Fragrance	Bohemia stands out for its fruity character both on the nose and on the palate, finding delicate aromas of stone fruits such as apricot and peach, with touches of cherry and banana.
Boca	With a warm entry and balanced acidity, this wine is voluminous, fresh and with a persistent finish.
Pairing	It is ideal as an appetizer and accompaniment to salads, rice dishes, seafood and Asian food. Suggestion: Mussels a la marinera.
