Fresh, fruity, savoury and full of nuances rosé wine.

It matches well with light meats, salads, vegetable stews, pasta, curry-based dishes, Thai food, tempura, grilled fish as well as fine pastries.

Our chef’s suggestion: spinach salad with bacon, nuts and red berries.

Elaboration/Aging	This rosé is made with the traditional bleeding technique. After the grapes are destemmed, they macerate in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 24 hours. Later it takes place
Operating temperature	6-8ºC
Visual	Strawberry pink color, with coral touches, bright and clean.
Fragrance	Good aromatic intensity of red fruits (ripe strawberry, raspberry, cherry, gummy) together with notes of banana and later soft lactic notes and herbaceous flowers.
Boca	Once in the mouth, it is meaty and round, with sweet and well-balanced tannins. Fresh and balanced entry, in this vintage acidic red fruits appear again. Nice and appetizing wine
Pairing	Vegetables, empanadas, stew, fish and tempura. Also with pesto pasta, creative salads or curry dishes. Suggestion: spinach, bacon, walnut and red berry salad.
