Visual	Intense ruby-garnet color with violet reflections.
Fragrance	Sweet and complex aromatic register, highlighting aromas of ripe red fruit (cherry, plum) and liquorice, well assembled with aromas of spices and balsamic; side notes of sweet fruit / compot
Boca	Due to its pleasant silkiness and complexity on the nose, it leaves a very notable aftertaste for aging.
Pairing	Ideal for appetizers and skewers made mainly with sausages, meats and cheeses; also goes well with blue fish or smoked salmon, and even with desserts made with dark chocolate
